These Russian attacks on undersea cables are for sure doing a great job at enhancing collaboration and preparedness between the Baltic Navies. Not sure how this is supposed to benefit Russia in the long-term, but I guess I’m not thinking enough like a schoolyard bully.

In reality, you would be richer if you let others thrive as well and traded with them!
