What law allows ICE goons to stop people on the street or in their cars and tell them "we are doing a citizenship check, show me your papers".

One would think any such existing law would violate the 4th amendment.

I have to wonder if Ross (the Nicole Good shooter) was aware that the tRump admin would do anything and everything (including a pardon) to prevent/circumvent any prosecution of ICE agents that murder.

It seems ICE agents have the same immunity as that granted to tRump by SCOTUS.

What I would say they did, to ICE's benefit, was to withhold medical aid to make sure she was dead.

Professor Laurence Tribe (on MS NOW Last Word) explained to Lawrence O'Donnel that Ross doesn't have immunity. There are some complex / messy legal issues, but he can be charged and prosecuted.

Brazilian head Lula already asked: "who elected tRump dictator of the world?" when tRump was trying to keep his coup buddy out of jail.
