that would make a lot of sense. Just need to check through humidity scenarios if there is deliberate air exchange through the floor above--I've heard odd stories of this.

I think, among other problems, that anything that REQUIRES a person to be carrying and using a particular device (as ubitiquious as cellphones are), especially one with ongoing costs, is inequitable. People having them, enjoying convenience: absolutely. Mandating them for govt interaction? nope
