Hagueseth going into work tomorrow, turning off his temperature controls to look like a tough guy

Just took a moment to write my US Senator (Klobuchar) over this

I legitimately feel like at some point there is a full issue about Spawn struggling to jump up some stairs and then breaking a crate

This was pretty par for the course for '90s and early '00s print game ads. Shocking image + asshole-ish text + maybe a screenshot or two

Oh shoot, wait, wait, sorry

AOTP Sky-Byte is a slavishly accurate poseable dolly that will make you wonder if Transformers were ever really that fun. Its tail does not spin

Argh, damn, my bad. Let me try again
November 28, 2025 at 11:40 AM
Sorry; that was too harsh. Let me rephrase.

AOTP Sky-Byte is a figure I paid over $45 USD for because of fondness for a 20-year-old show, had sensible fun posing for an afternoon and have not touched since. It makes you think maybe you *have* seen it all, totally eschewing the very notion of "toy"

You know it doesn't; don't even ask
November 28, 2025 at 11:35 AM
Sorry; I don't know why Sky-Byte here has me so down on it; maybe because he's my first figure under the AotP line. That's the review.

But outside the admittedly neat poseable shark head, he is supremely well done and just all the fun of a wet paper bag, which (granted, I have not owned them) doesn't seem to be the case for the original TM2 Cybershark/Sky-Byte. Thus she wrote, for Generations in 2025.

(Ironhide & Sky-Byte from IDW Robots in Disguise Issue 5 "A Better Tomorrow")

10/10 he is Sky-Byte; that much cannot be denied. Also kind of nice to get faithful Transmetal 2 molds remade—he stacks up well with Legacy Tigerhawk (a mold I quite like).
