Local elections in Leicestershire are NOT postponed, they will happen in May.
This is a good thing as it gives the districts a chance to work up an alternative to LCC’s donut shaped unitary authority.

This stronger policing approach on dangerous use of e-bikes/scooters is long overdue.
But needs to reach beyond just the city centre: irresponsible riding of e-bikes/scooters is a problem in neighborhoods, shopping areas and parks right across the city.
