Snorkeling the Silfra Fissure was a top experience in Iceland. Obviously, plenty of amazing sights from the mountains and glaciers, ice caves and geysers... but donning a dry suit and snorkeling this crystal clear water was a top experience on our trip. . #iceland #icelandtravel #travelphotography

Another of my favorite stops in #BosniaandHerzegovina. Mlinčići and its water mills, straight out of a fantasy book. Not far from here I found a stray puppy (and that's a fun story for another day with a happy ending). Can't get over the peacefulness of the parks. #europe #travel #travelphotography

The cave temples and views around #Ipoh, #Malaysia reminded me a lot of Ninh Binh, Vietnam. Fantastic food around the city, cool things to do, unique temples, and relaxed vibe with street art to rival Penang's, it's a must-visit on a Malaysian road trip. #travel #travelphotography #photography

A new #scifi #book birthday! I started this sci-fi series while exploring Malaysia. A great part of #traveling is learning new tidbits of places, experiencing cultural aspects and the daily sights, sounds, and smells. They get the creativity revving. I love weaving these details into my work.

The Versailles Hall of Mirrors is as gorgeous as you'd expect. But not when all the people fill it, preventing a good view of the hall. We rushed there first thing on our visit. No special tickets. No VIP experience. And there it was. Nearly empty.
