This is a common bird in Europe. The British birds have a black face stripe. They're called Long-tailed Tits there.

At the moment, these bastards are stealing art because they can; the law simply hasn't caught up with them yet. There are, of course, lawsuits flying around and I'm sure class actions aplenty, but their defence remains, 'Fair use', despite copyright.

The entire book speaks of a darkness at the heart of a nation, and the ending shocked me deeply: a man being kept alive on breast milk because there was literally nothing else for him to eat.

I just got a new job here in Australia. The vaccine requirements for the job went on for several pages. I would not have been considered had I not provided documentary evidence of every vaccine/blood serology, including childhood vaccines. What is happening in the US is scary.

Damn I wish I'd noted the link. I've seen it discussed here and 'the other place' that rhymes with 'bitter' or 'hex', depending on your preference.
A lot of authors have had their work stolen by Meta, so keep your eyes peeled and maybe do a search with those key words.

The big one everyone is talking about is liable to be on the receiving end of a Class Action, not least because thousands of authors have had their work stolen by them and have only just realised.

If anything, plenty of women being legit hard-working on social media get given a very hard time; not least on Twatter. Of course with Mush being the free-speech purist that he is, he's quite happy for many of them to get openly threatened as well; because, 'incels for the win' or some such.

This is absolutely real. Some of it is guerilla posting (on the tube), but some of it is paid advertising. Pressure and protest groups can absolutely pay for this.
