Looks like the republican state of LA will once again leave New Orleans to fend for itself. I am heartened that city officials are speaking out against the invasion of ICE into their city. I fear that , again, the worst case scenario will occur in NOLA. ICE must go!

This is insane and cruel. Try an independent pharmacy, call to see if they have it. Someone will take a stand against this especially if it is MAHA . Contact the drug company and see if they can send it to your provider.

First I must say kudos to you for doing an incredibly hard job. I agree with you about some stereotypes regarding abused and neglected children. Having money does not equal good parenting. Being poor does not mean you have neglected or abused your children. Not a simple binary issue.

Indigenous peoples/communities have been exemplary land stewards throughout history. Shoutout to Charles Mann for his research on Mesoamerican , milpas, farming techniques in ‘1491’. Small scale soil regenerative farming needs to replace large scale corporate farming.
