Because I spend a lot of time with people in the Learning Disability community, I'm afraid to say that the portrayal of Bella's character was quite offensive to me. L's ironic eye doesn't undo the very problematic way consent was handled.

People like Lanthimos should be careful, if we can remove the writer, we may find we have no need for the director either.
