Gone straight back to latte… that creamy smooth tasty sensation.

I can’t wait to see what 2x500 looks like on MiSeq i100 series.

Happy 3rd birthday to the NovaSeq X! Seems like only yesterday illumina launched their fast, high throughput technology. Time sure does fly.

I wonder what could possibly happen when the illumina marketing guy and the illumina social media guy meet up for dinner in San Diego?

Anybody within a reasonable drive of Providence happen to have an Illumina MiniSeq crate or the shipping rails for a NextSeq?

Best conversation I have ever seen or had on this new fangled platform.

Yep, saw that in the pre-print. Thanks.

It's fine, we totally understand there are tools out there, and not out there that can solve today's problems. I also like to look into the future to see how we can solve these and the next set too.

That is why I like field based data :). You can be sure I'll be discussing this with my nerds in HQ. Thanks for posting and the conversation. I should just have a coffee with you one day.

Thanks Steven. I'm learning more every day, and I like to read more about field based findings, than some of my marketing data :). www.illumina.com/content/dam/...

Interesting. This slightly earlier paper with R9’s (like your example) says there is a great GC influence. inria.hal.science/hal-03362956... but you’re so right that LP plays a huge influence.

No GC bias? At all? Was that fixed in transition from R9 to R10? Which ILMN boxes/chem were you using, you’ve piqued my interest.
