Some users send Slack messages to their team channel, others send testimonial requests after a positive support experience, and I've even seen one case where someone sent chocolate programatically to users reaching out after an outage..!

What I love about smart snippets, is that they can include a Webhook action.

That means a single /command can do the usual things like tagging, assigning, etc, but also trigger something outside Fernand.

I think this was possible before, but AI makes this way of working even more powerful. It absorbs the overhead so that we can now operate like ten.

Just fast loops until the product feels right.

Once we release, we are getting direct feedback from our customers because we are also the one doing customer support, so there is no knowledge gap and we are able to quickly iterate, usually within minutes.

Because he owns the API and the initial front-end integration, nothing needs to be communicated. Because I own copy, design and polish, nothing ends up half done. With no one to delegate stuff to, we both have to care about the entire experience. No handoffs. No specs. No waiting.

Cyril handles backend and infra, but he also builds the first version of every front-end building block. The structure, the data, and all of the API wiring. Then I take it over, style it, refine the flow, obsess over the interaction and the copy. Most of the time, we design directly in the browser.

Our pricing is super simple: one active seat, everything included. Unfortunately, some customers still only use a third of what’s available. I think sometimes it's because the feature doesn't totally fit their use case, but sometimes it's just because they don't even know it exists...
