I have and I kind of like it, but not too much. They use cloves in chai and I am not a huge fan of it as a bit too overpowering.
I love cinnamon and I like to be able to taste it.

It always happens at the most unexpected times or places. I often found myself on the verge while queuing at the supermarket check outs!

Yes those ones I got are barrel type. Not too barrel though.

I’d use the yolk only (no whites).
Whisk with sugar then add mascarpone and a bit of cream for extra creaminess.
Some people whisk the whites separately and then add to mixture but I prefer it without.
