Yeah, it's been a thing. Mostly "don't suit away from the hotel" and "don't wear your badges on the way to Resort World". But it has been for a few years on the trot, not just a one-off "scrotes were at a concert and saw some furries to pick on."

Yeah, I get that. I missed out in the lottery and I've mostly given up on going. Other hotels are £1k plus and after the last couple of years of harassment for those not in the main hotel...

Are they not still doing attendance-only? Or reopening that nearer the time when people have dropped out of the lottery?
