NATO is USA. What is silly is to think that It is possible to continue It without the US. What Europe needs is a political union and an army.

Los servicios no son de todos porque son privados. Ni siquiera son concertados. Son privados. Y la gente que accede a esas becas es gente que no las necesita. Si en vez de hacer colegios públicos le doy cheques a la gente que va a un privado pues para el resto menos dinero.
