Such a busy area the last couple of days. Our children have shown amazing creativity, imagination through block play. With added provocations of Kapla children reacted positively to challenge and created some of the most amazing models!!! Wow 🤩

Today, a small group explored fire building in the fairy garden today. They all showed excellent listening skills as we recapped the fire safety rules before starting. The children thoroughly enjoyed watching the fire develop, engaging in conversations. “ it’s getting warm” “it’s going black” 🔥

What a fabulous day yesterday at our festive family fun day! A massive thanks to all our parents and carers for joining in and making it a lovely day! Very evident that all our children had so much fun 🌲 big shout out to roots we couldn’t have done it without yous 🧑🎄❤️

We are very lucky at Antonine to have the opportunity to explore our fairy garden. The children loved going on a bear hunt, swinging from trees and having snack together in the woods. We are looking forward to our next adventure. 💛

Some of the children had lots of fun in the gym hall this morning. The children showed super listening skills taking part in ring games. They were developing their movement skills. The children were super stars developing confidence with their ball skills. We are very proud of you all. ❤️

Our children were very engaged in sensory play outdoors. They had so much fun filling, mixing and poring the coloured rice. Lots of rich conversations as children were creative and imaginative through their play. Amazing sharing and turn-taking through a calm sensory opportunity 😃

We found a butterfly today in the school hallway. We rescued it. Once we had a look at it we let it go out in our garden.

A small group of children explored feelings and emotions through STEM. The activity encouraged self-awareness and emotional literacy in a fun and engaging way. “ I feel happy when I get cuddles from AM” All children who choose to explore were confident at talking in small group gathering.

Some children were engaging in block play by creating boats, campfires, and houses demonstrating rich imagination and creativity. Such high levels of engagement as they used the blocks to aid their imaginative role play.
