Checked after the last update, they removed the 'resident key' option and the Ledger wallet is now recognized as a device
Which also means
- it has been reset and my old keys are gone and I have to set it up on the sites again
- it won't happen again in the future

It automatically resets if you use a wrong PIN 3 times and you can restore it anytime with your 24 words but keeps them from your device
