Everyone draws a little different but I thought it's worth to share the tips that helped me recently get into doodling more.

I used to shy away from drawing mecha but doodling Laser's design was fun.
I like how the connections between sections are logical, like on a Gundam figure.

A very cool OC!

Oh yeah, I see it now!
I looked at the image initially on a phone with a bright display so I did not notice the frost consciously.
But when appreciating the image on a larger screen it becomes more obvious.

That is a very nice detail!

If I then end up liking an idea a lot then I could decide to redraw it in a more "proper" style afterwards or at a later point.

And if not then at least I spent time drawing and having fun.

This would also help me ease into drawing characters I had not drawn before.
For example: I never drew Laser before, so these doodles have obvious mistakes and normally I wouldn't share them.
But by drawing him in a simplified style next to my character I was able to have fun while learning.

I used to get hung up redoing hands or details when doodling.

What helped me was to try and doodle in a different style, very simplified, while also using different brush settings if digital.

By disassociating it from my usual style I learnt to worry less about details and doodle more for fun.

I like the detail of the marshmallows in Lumina's cup having melted a bit, while the ones in the Zephyr' cup are still full size.

Raising important questions: Did they forget to warm his cup of coffee? Or is Zephyr naturally that "cool"?

The art is very clean and good looking, great work!

I love the combination of organic and technical design on this one!

The reactor drawing is so cool but damn is it also horrifying.
"Typical setup" implies this is done on a possinly industrial scale and that is scary world building.

Amazing art, character concept and lore!

Leina being the same height as me irl actually gives me a good reference point to character sizes!

I missed this one somehow before.

I like their different styles!
Both have brighter coloured bodies, but Leina wears darker toned clothes while April embraces brightness.

I like how both their styles look practical.
And I always love the "character wearing coats over their shoulders" style!

I remember playing it on my sister's DS a bit.

I liked the RPG mechanics and how it kinda was the "missing link" between the originals and TLOS in how dark it felt.

But I also remember the soundtrack being scary, so I absolutely can't blame you.
