The interview process for major companies is complete bull. Tell me why, you have to do 1 to 2 preliminary interviews before you get a single main interview. Only to then find out you have to do 3 rounds of that. And then you might not even make it. ON TOP OF THAT THE WHOLE PROCESS TAKES 3 MONTHS.
