I need a numbers person....

In 2021 Australia had 2.2 million landlords. Which was 8.7% of our population.
But 72% only owned 1 investment property.

If you minus the 72% from the 8.7%, what tiny percentage of the population is our gov pandering to??

Is there any data showing that electric cars change the transport dynamic?
As in, do people change from the train that they were always catching to an electric vehicle?

I am hoping not.
I am hoping it's just swapping out carbon cars
and surely that's a good thing. 🤔

Our governments keep pushing for expansion, increased population, bigger economies.

But in nature the thing that keeps on growing until it kills its host is either a parasite and has another host to feed off or its cancer.
