Voter suppression. That literally stops people who are qualified to vote from voting.

People are not empathetic. Democrats are only about empathy. Republicans are about cruelty. For millions of people who got educations, aren't in debt because of it and get by OK, neither party offers them a thing.

The people who don't vote and the people who complain, are distinctly different groups.

The people who don't vote are office workers without unions with fingernails too clean for Democrats, and Republican bosses that want to exploit them. Both parties regard those people as The Bank.
December 11, 2025 at 6:00 PM
There were millions of eligible voters who couldn't vote due to Republican voter suppression.

When the Voting Rights Act wasn't renewed, and the SCOTUS green lit voter suppression in red states, it was all over for democracy.
December 11, 2025 at 5:50 PM
We have nothing but the luxury of time to stop this. Because all of our institutions are normal. And we don't have a political party so partisan, they want democracy itself destroyed so they can rule forever.
December 11, 2025 at 1:08 AM
So we're pretty much at the "The Enabling Act" stage of the Nazi Timeline. And by the 2026 election, most of the Democratic party will be in concentration camps for "treason."

But let's keep pretending the Second thing the FFs thought of to resolve this, is just a MAGA affectation.

Please. Republicans are a team and don't break ranks. Democrats? C'mon. QED.

We are not doing, exactly what the German people did not do in 1933. By July 1934, it was too late. They had concentration camps full of political opposition, including lawyers and judges, by then.

The Republican congress could remove him in less than 40 minutes. Any time they want.
December 11, 2025 at 12:56 AM
Yet we are not doing exactly what the Germans didn't do in 1933. Because we don't believe our eyes or ears. Because we refuse to believe that reliable voters put him in office twice, and will do it again.

We believe the system can fix this. And he's making sure that it can't.
December 11, 2025 at 12:44 AM
My takeaway from that is that I should be buying 30 year treasuries.

Stupid liberals and progressives still think inflation had anything to do with the election of a convicted fraudster and white supremacist. Because we desperately want to believe it was about something other than white supremacy.

Every time Venezuela is mentioned on the news, it should be mentioned as "Venezuela, the nation with by far the largest oil reserves in the world..."

The belief this gets stopped by a mere vote by the people in 2026 is nothing but hopeful rubbish. The billionaires won't allow it.
December 11, 2025 at 12:37 AM
He should be in prison. Because he's not, he's dictator of the formerly United States. And as long as he's tolerated by half of the voters, there isn't a thing that can be done about it.

Republicans ENGINEERED him. He is checking off their wish list at a rate no one could have reasonably expected.
December 11, 2025 at 12:33 AM
There are 23 states that are complete Republican trifectas. There are another 5 states with house and senate controlled by Republicans. Plus Nebraska, which doesn't officially recognize party affiliation. 26 states have Republican governors.

I am not cynical through lack of information.
December 11, 2025 at 12:30 AM
The Democratic Party is a bunch of lawyers whose #1 concern is preserving the SYSTEM. They think the system is perfect, it just hasn't been allowed to work yet. Lawyers can fix it all.

NOW THEY CAN'T.
December 9, 2025 at 7:40 PM
The Republican Party, the SCOTUS it seized control of, and all of its voters, did this to America.

No one else.

The Democratic Party will not allow you to hate the entirety of the Republican Party. But you should.
December 9, 2025 at 7:39 PM
You underestimate how truly effective voter suppression is in states completely controlled by Republicans for decades. Or how the SCOTUS wants GOP wins.

And now, instead of a DOJ that will investigate voter machine tampering, we have a DOJ that will insist on tampering with voting machines to win.
December 9, 2025 at 7:31 PM
I reject the Republican Party. All their elected officials. All their policies. All of their voters.

He's a 34 time convicted felon, in charge of the largest, most dangerous country on Earth. And he is completely and forever above the law. Because Republican voters don't ever vote for Democrats.
December 8, 2025 at 9:17 PM
Whaddaya gonna do about it? Trump has the support of ~90 percent of Republican voters. And the electoral system is engineered to favor Republican voters now.

They've lined up their ducks so they'll rule forever.
December 8, 2025 at 9:05 PM
The current system appears to make the Republican party permanent rulers of the United States. The Republican Party has 90% support of their voters, including Trump. Check the real polling data.

By what mechanism, can you imagine democracy returning?
December 8, 2025 at 9:02 PM
Democrats should abandon the party where the GOP fix is in, and primary Republicans with health care for all. Tell them George Soros and other Democrat billionaires will pay for it. They believe lies pretty often.

It's all about teams. And the Democratic brand being poison. Even to Democrats now.
November 12, 2025 at 7:25 AM
Add that to the list of a ground up redesign of the American political system. Anything that results in this government should be studied like like an airplane crash. And redesigned so it can never happen again.

Am I the only one thinking, "Don't threaten me with a good time!"?

We really should demand that they tell us what's so bad about the idea of communism.

I'm not so sure it's the big bad it used to be.

Nationalize Elon's companies? How bad does that sound right now?
November 12, 2025 at 7:15 AM
What party did they vote for? This is an increasingly relevant question.

Will they vote for only Democrats in 2026? Or will Democrats continue to fight for people that stab them in the back?

Tennessee is a RADICAL RIGHT state.

Not America or the EU. You can't have an oil and coal industry anywhere in the world if you want to start addressing climate change. America is pushing oil hard right now.
