My kids (11 and 14) love reading all the signs when we go. Been taking them since the youngest was in a stroller. Always a family friendly time (in DC anyway, as that’s where we are). Bring snacks though!

Please stop fearmongering. I’ve taken children, even in strollers, to the Women’s March(es), Climate March, Gun control rally, Hands Off protest, and a number of others. They’ve all been family friendly with the exception of some bad language on signs. Police have been great at promoting safety.

I worry this makes people think tear gas is likely to be encountered tomorrow and will scare people from attending. I hope that’s not your intent. I’m bringing my young daughter. I’ve always found protests to be life affirming not cause for fear.
