So experimental bake idea number 8,000 or so. This bad boi is 7.6oz. I'm horrified lol. Chocolate cookie slice stuffed with salted caramel bbs, then a caramel and espresso frosting with more of those wee bbs on top. #cookieparty #baking #cookies #maybetoomuch #sugaroverload #customrecipes

Made another batch of cookies. The chocolate version spread a bit more. A mix of semi sweet and butter finger bits. Dark chocolate would have been better. Will eventually upload these to my cottage bakery account. Testing testing.

Made another batch of cookies. The chocolate version spread a bit more. A mix of semi sweet and butter finger bits. Dark chocolate would have been better. Will eventually upload these to my cottage bakery account. Testing testing.

Not as bubbly overall, but not bad for a cold day and low 70s in my proof box. It couldn't keep up with the cold.
