Practicing kindness all day helping 3 different ladies with needing support for various reasons, overwhelmed with kids, post-surgery, loneliness etc. Helping others can help one’s own happiness and sense of connection and purpose. ☺️

The funny thing about self-evident inalienable rights: they remain inalienable even when prejudice, bigotry, racism, misogyny, ignorance, apathy, and any other frailty of the human mind seeks to deny it.

ALL people have among these rights, the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Despite all that is broken, unjust, and cruel in this world, and without minimizing or dismissing all that needs to be done and my personal responsibility to be an agent of change and progress, I found so much joy and light in myself in others and in this day in my little corner of the world. 🌎 🫂💕
