Really good book, but perhaps not for me: The West Passage by Jared Pechaček

This was one of those books that I know is really great and I need to recommend because it's not getting enough attention even though it didn't hit quite as hard for me as it did/might for other people.

On going comics/manga I caught up on that continue to be awesome: Monstress (Marjorie M. Liu with Sana Takeda) and Witch Hat Atelier (Kamome Shirahama)

Oh god these are so tonally different but both have amazing art and stories.

Re-read an old series and yes, I still really like it despite the flaws: Anne McCaffrey's Crystal Singer series

Finally finished/caught up with the series: Jenn Lyons's A Chorus of Dragons and The Chronicles of Osreth by Katherine Addison. (Ok, I think there's some short stories I missed by Addison, but close enough.)

Yes, I still need to watch Wake Up Dead Man, but here's recommendation for a mystery: A Drop of Corruption by Robert Jackson Bennett

Actually, you *should* read the franchise tie-in: Star Wars: Reign of the Empire #1 The Mask of Fear by Alexander Freed

Did you like Andor? Go read this book.

Now I'm just reading Cass Marshal's greatest hits: www.polygon.com/2019/6/7/182...
I’ve found the key to making everyone mad in Sea of Thieves
Please come to my sloop. It will be fine.

I considered switching on the laptop I got for Christmas but the fact that Calibre is apparently buggy on Linux was a deciding factor. I'm willing to fuss about with things like PiHole and I tried to run Linux on my old chromebook but got tired of debugging things that felt like they should be basic
