I absolutely agree about AO. While this gamie is not that graphic, its theme is very heavy. Yet, there are far worse things in widely advertised and freely distributed films. This shouldn't be a problem.

Well, the person you saw is lying. Game dosen’t contain anything about artificial insemination (or anything about pregnacy, fertility etc).
There is one*the worst*scene, where player is forced by the farmer to hold person, while farmer castrates them. Game has two rapes, one censored, one implied.
