That IS better than no healhcare. The problem is without the subsidies, many families will drop their health insurance entirely (can't afford it) or pay for a plan that will never pay anything out (deductibles too high before cvg kicks in).
I think the current plan and "do nothing" are the same.

Normally I might disagree, in the name of harm reduction where harm avoidance is impossible, but... women are not a minority! We have to stop treating them like an unpopular lobby. Women are over 51% of the population. Democratically speaking, women are *the main people* of human society.

That's because we don't elect or elevate enough progressives in the party. Too many old-school liberal and conservative Democrats who can't adapt to he times or are slaves to rich donors. They're the ones who were in charge this whole time, resulting in the party's many defeats.
