i've also added five or ten minutes of a set of stretches to my daily routine. it's bloody mental and physical health isn't it mate.

i'm still a bit heavy handed with the colours and my proportions are a bit too out of line but i feel like i made a lot of progress with this one. finally, a successful weekend project
