I couldn't find a clip of Etruscan shrews talking, but I imagine they sound like other shrews www.youtube.com/watch?v=V2sQ... They talk in chirpy clicks.

Although "Etruscan" they live all over Eurasia, even as far as Malaysia. They eat bugs. Because of their small size they lose heat rapidly if they are not in constant motion, so they are always ever eating or grooming themselves. They are born blind, and bite their siblings tails to get bearings.

It's a movie. I think there was also a TV show by the name. It starred Dave Franco and Alison Brie, so I'd be surprised if it doesn't come up immediately. It's twisted body horror, if you're into that. Really quite scary but also with some humor.

A surprising number of people don't know, this is a marsupial. This absolute cutie is related to kangaroos and wallabies. It's the only one that lives in North America. A lot more live in South America, like my lesser favorite, the monito del monde. I mean can you even believe they are real?

I love Virginia possums. I have a painting a good friend made for me of one hanging in my living room. I have a calendar of them in my kitchen. I have three plushies or toy possums my room and in my bed. I have my own art too.

Yeah, Australia is the current but not the proper home of marsupials. They came from the US. Maybe disappeared because we have more carnivores. And they got ate. Or just Australia was open season for speciation. North America does have one marsupial, and it's my favorite animal

Yeah, I recall that I've enjoyed a lot of your previous posts about movies. I myself would also rather talk about movies. I've mostly just been watching some obscure 70's cult horror lately myself. Always a winner, except when they suck. What's been on your watchlist lately?
