I read this bill, and it doesn't say anything about physical exams. Unless I'm confusing Senate Bill 63 with a different bill, or I read an abridged version. SB63 is wrong on its own merits and doesn't need hyperbole added to it. Please accept my apology in advance if I'm wrong.
