He/him.
Be careful, Odysseus thought his trip back to Ithaca could be quick too.

That's wild, because they absolutely could write a compelling article about Rob Reiner, his politics and his life's work. It's no longer even "chasing views" that drives these people, it's purely the political effort to turn normal readers into Nazis.

Ah yes. You, and your muse about to tell you that you can't go to sleep until those three blocks of colour are blended together properly because that first draft wasn't good enough.

Sorry you have to deal with this shit too. It really is an international cabal of the absolute worst rich criminals supporting each other to take power, backed by feckless cowardly media.

'Fun' fact: I estimate she got paid about $50-100m for the first one, based on the $1bn revenue they reported.

Yeah, that's crucial. JKR has pretty ridiculous contract benefits as a general rule anyway, so even if Epic didn't pay the game publishers for their game giveaways she would be getting paid, but as it is you're just giving Epic's money to her and the publisher instead of your own.

Who does this guy think he is, Zeus??

I'm not gonna read this yet because I only watched the first episode the other night but I wanna say fuck that was a good first episode. I've never seen something that kind of creepy before, phenomenally well done. Basically my only critique is minor, and understandable since viewers are idiots.
December 13, 2025 at 1:57 PM
And it's worse than that, because Epic have to pay the devs (and thus also JKR) for the games they give away. Anyone who claims this is still paying JKR, just with Epic's money instead of their own.

Traditionally, if you want crucial skilled workers to provide a service you need, it's quite simple to make that happen: you just pay them what they want to work under the conditions you both agree on.

I'm not an important government guy though, so maybe I missed something.

I also miss the way Legends Jedi would have specialties. Some were good at telekinesis, some couldn't lift a penny. Some were clairvoyant, some could sense without seeing, some could speak to the mind of an animal. Nowadays it feels like you're not a Jedi if you don't have a lightsaber and strong TK

And it might have gone even better without it. Just have Qui-Gon basically stagger on meeting the boy, and ask "Who's been training you?"
"What?"
"Who's been training you to use the Force?"
"Please don't make fun of me, sir, it's impolite. Nobody teaches a slave to be a Jedi."
Bang, he's a prodigy.

I know Fallon is the woooooorst, but still, it's pretty naive of him/his writers to believe Altman has ANYTHING to do with raising his offspring. There are meetings to attend and investors to scam.

Hide And Seek With Knives was great. I know some people preferred the original AC:B version for being stricter, but you could adopt some pretty cool and varied strategies before they discontinued them.

It has no special abilities but it's a damn good bird.

Don't worry, nobody working for the US government is competent enough to make Faro's shitty ideas work.
December 8, 2025 at 11:32 PM
I understand the need to show that you don't condone something that could be construed as a threat of that particular kind, considering the wildly illegal regime in the USA, but your complete lack of empathy is a character flaw that will ruin your life and those around you. Fix it, if you're human.

Spoilers, but even though I loved Moira I thought it would've been a better horror story if the mutated monster chasing Natalia around in Barry's story was Moira trying not to let Alex get away with her plan. I know RE isn't exactly the best place to go for horror art, but still, missed opportunity.

Nothing about Thiel's views is consistent, and if you think otherwise you've not paid attention to him beyond what he wants you to hear.
December 3, 2025 at 9:35 PM
Anyone who doubts your ranking should listen to the recent Behind the Bastards episodes on Thomas Thistlewood, a pretty typical slave plantation owner during the 18th century who just happened to write down everything he did so it can't be as easily whitewashed. The details are ROUGH to listen to.

The only positive contribution Buckley made to society and it wasn't even intentional.
