This is not a salad, it appears to be seared tuna with a plating of garnishes, from a roadside diner. What is that? An ice cream scoop of egg salad? Where is the dressing? I would be very unhappy if I ordered this at a fancy restaurant.

This reminded me of the “Grandma’s Christmas” parties of my youth where there was a wind-up toy at every place setting (probably 60+ guests)
It was a formal, sit down dinner- yet absolute chaos reigned!! 🥰🎅🏻
