[THREAD]: SA is making headway in ending TB, but a significant gap remains in the TB care cascade, leaving many undiagnosed & untreated. TUTT is identified as a key strategy to reduce TB's spread that enables early diagnosis and treatment, reducing transmission risk and improving health outcomes.
