One thing I did not know, until his death, is that Frank Gehry was Jewish. He was born Frank Goldberg in Toronto, but changed his name in his 20s because he faced antisemitism in his career. Sad.

I brined some boneless thighs in pickle juice for 24hrs, then coated in breadcrumbs and airfried.
I've never brined in pickle juice b4, but I damn sure will be doing so again. So juicy and flavorful!😋
