Interestingly, Arabidopsis plants over-expressing FDH1 produce significantly more biomass. Mechanism not yet understood, deserves deeper investigation.

A CNN–bLSTM stack learns base-wise genic class + codon phase directly from sequence, and an HMM resolves biologically valid gene models.

No extrinsic evidence: the pretrained weights encode patterns learned from 900+ high-quality genomes.
