I thought of the Panther, because when he was still Tenko his hair was originally black, just like the animal, but his fur faded with the events, as we know.

I know that the animals in Beastars don't actually have hair, but making Shigaraki, an originally human character, bald would be very strange, and he would also lose his visual identity. Izuku follows the same logic. #Shigadeku #死出
