I moved to La Crosse from Chicago last fall, and Shawndell showed up at my door just last week and I felt personally like I was meeting a celebrity. I just got registered to vote last week for this! Way to go LAX!

OTOH, sometimes they do this if there is a problem on the road ahead, to slow things down for safety. For instance, if a lane is closed ahead, one of them merges into the open lane, alleviating selfish drivers who jam to get ahead, and don’t allow others to merge properly.
