Can confirm this was incredibly difficult to diagnose. Months and months and months of labs, consults, and allergy tests. And finally a doc said "I read about alpha gal a few weeks ago and that's all that is left." So, here we are 6 years later.

I work in ortho spine, we see these calls way too much now for pts that NEED care. Probably 4 or 5 P2Ps a day. And it didn't used to be like that. Even as recently as 2 years ago I think we fielded maybe 1 or 2 a day. The restrictions have gotten INSANE.

Also, as a California State rep pointed out a few months ago, there were more kids with measles in Texas (by a LARGE margin) than there are trans athletes in HS sports nationally. I don't know why that's not the messaging. It's a non-issue.
