60 and 100 meter sprinter

inofficial 60m PB: 6.98*

*due to malfunction during timing, it's unclear if I actually went sub 7

official 100m PB: 14.35 (stupid pre-race anxiety slowing me down)
A fellow Brony witnessed my track and field training session and oh boy...

When I accelerated, I literally scared the shit out of him.

He was stunned by my sprinting performance. I have proven everyone who doubted me wrong tonight
November 24, 2025 at 8:55 PM
I was literally flying yesterday, had trouble slowing down during flying 10/20/30 meters (all were flying)

I left long distance runners some space but I caught up quicker to them than I anticipated, I must probably have hit a top speed of like 40 km/h.

So, my final track and field training session before PonyCon Holland is done, I am so ready for it.

In my last race, I ran a 15.43 into a 3.3 m/s headwind 😖😖 but my coach said that I have a very good acceleration the evening prior to the race.

psychological factors play a big role in competition
October 23, 2025 at 9:11 PM
so, I had my 2nd 100 meter race of the season, ended up running a 14.51, missing out on a new PB. I think I will not improve my 100m PB by a second until October, but that's fine.

I had a great start, I was even ahead of my opponent but in the late stage of the race, he managed to get me
September 6, 2025 at 1:47 PM
so I did some runs with my teammates and oh boy...

I actually managed to outaccelerate my teammates!!!

1st. run: outaccelerated my teammate who runs 12.3 on 100m

2nd. run: I had a bit of a headstart till like 5th run or so

6th and final run: I outaccelerated him again
August 29, 2025 at 12:25 PM
so I did Block starts today again and oh boy my acceleration is good, but my step length isn't enough said my coach.

I also did take a look at a video recording and if I measured correctly, I COULD have a step frequency of like around 4 steps per second
August 26, 2025 at 8:05 PM
on my (and Usain Bolt's) birthday that was 2 days ago, I had another block start session and I did adapt to a new technique that also world class sprinters use upon takeoff.

pushoff first, then use the arms.

How does it work in detail? TOP SECRET!!!!
August 23, 2025 at 6:47 PM
so, I did recover from my hamstring injury, I had only 1 training session this week due to heat and some medical condition with my dad that turned out to be false, so he went to another cardiologist and he gave the green light, he's totally fine

but I'm threatening a 1 second PB at the moment^^
August 14, 2025 at 9:06 PM
okay bad news, I pulled my right hamstring...

I ran at Vmax like around 40-42 km/h or so and in the 3rd 60 meter run, just before deceleration, my hamstring went BANG

at least I can still walk normally, I hope I fully recover on monday
August 7, 2025 at 8:01 PM
seriously, I'm cooking at the present moment. I had block starts (with commands) and oh boy...

I had a perfect reaction to the command (near false start) and my acceleratiom improves.

I'm about to end the season with a loud bang
August 5, 2025 at 8:10 PM
Oh boy, I was cooking today at training. 3x flying 30 meters then a 60 meter and then a 120 and especially the 120 meters, I was cooking. I ran possibly the fastest 120 I've ever done so far.

Around 30 meters, I started to die but I made it LOL
August 4, 2025 at 7:30 PM
on Tuesday, I did some block starts and I messed up my angle settings, which turned out to be good actually.

Usually, I ran 2nd to lowest on the front and 3rd to lowest at the back. I did have the setup 3rd to lowest at the front and 4th to lowest on the back.
July 17, 2025 at 12:32 PM
had recently a full send 150 meter session on Monday, and oh boy, I died immediately after the first run. The second run, well it was tough to do, but I wasn't able to get to my Vmax at all. I literally had to rest for like 20 minutes to do the 3rd and last run.

my coach told me to chill, so I did.
July 17, 2025 at 12:25 PM
so, I did the session I was scheduled to do on tuesday and things escalated pretty quickly...

I did 2 block starts over 10 meters and after a VAR review, I did clock a 2.2ish and a 2.1 second 10 meter start... and then a flying 10 meter run under exhaustion, 1.2 to 1.3 seconds

that's quite fast^^
July 5, 2025 at 2:25 PM
my legs were burning as well, they felt like concrete, especially my calfs. Oh boy I love sprinting really.

maybe I go for flying 10's again this weekend, maybe delivering a message to the Brony Fandom in the process target time: less than a second to 1 second flat, resulting in 36 km/h avg. speed
July 1, 2025 at 5:59 PM
So, did flying 60 meters yesterday, today was way too hot to send it like a lightning bolt. I will take the today's scheduled training to the weekend eventually.

Last Thursday, I did 30, 60, 80, 120, 150, 180 meters, and oh....

I died at around 150 meters, the 180 meters gave me the rest
July 1, 2025 at 5:55 PM
I did talk to my coach about my recent race today, he said it was good

But the bad news is that I lack top speed (60-100m segment)

The next step is that we will work on this first and then we'll see.

There was a race suggestion but I ditched it due to training re-entry after 3 weeks
June 23, 2025 at 6:59 PM
So, I just found a technique error on my end.

Upon takeoff, I don't use my arms in full swing, like I only get the arm at the back only like halfway up as I make my steps.

I compared my arm swing with Su Bingtian's arm swing and he's way more aggressive with using the arms during acceleration.
June 19, 2025 at 1:31 PM
so the current standing is: I recovered from a left foot injury and a cold.

maybe on the weekend, I'll hit the track again, hopefully not wreck myself in the process and on monday, I want to do finally a post race analysis with my coach to work on further improvement
June 18, 2025 at 9:52 PM
and I estimated that had happen due to malfunctions on my phone during timing.

I still am in the learning phase on how to run fast in competition, but I am getting there!!!

October 3rd, 2024: P3 over the 100 meters (14.8)

I destroyed that time at my home race (14.36)

And i'm hungry for more
June 18, 2025 at 9:37 PM
I can go much faster than this theoretically.

My parents did time me over the 60 meters in ridiculous times.

this year, during the PoniesOnline con, I ran a blistering 7.3 on the 60

last year was a 7.01, I was unable to improve my record...

but the fastest is a 6.98, at least that's what my dad
June 18, 2025 at 9:35 PM
and some other stuff maybe

so... starting off with my 1st. 100 meters race this year.

I watched the episode Sonic Rainboom prior to the race to soothe my pre-race anxiety.

However, this lead me to a .4 second improvement, going down from 14.7 to 14.3 seconds.

but I can go faster, stay tuned
