i don't know if that happens in developed countries but i think it's more prevalent in the developing countries. when you have too much empathy it's hard to live at peace when people and animals are all suffering.

the society accepted it, infact they encouraged it. yet some people think feminism isn't required, and that it's gone too far now.

they married new women because the previous one’s couldn’t bear children for them or had only female children (like the chances were purely dependent on the woman). these weren’t very rich or aristocratic men i’m talking about, they were just small landowners. women were treated disposable.

everyday you come across stray dogs that are starving, ill, and dying. the female dogs keep breeding and are unable to feed their puppies or themselves. the puppies keep dying one after another over the days. there are so many roadkills and crippled animals. it’s incredibly saddening.
