USA is rotten & beyond saving.
I personally believe that the bigger the country, the more detached the politicians are from the problems of the common man => the lamer their effort is.
Split the US and let each state be a separate country. Force them to care and see how they fair.

Once a day, I go make coffee, I head to the backyard to sit in peace for 10 min and while I am at it, I get her a good chewy threat, so she can enjoy too.
So, she knows: coffee mug means happiness.
Now every time I reach for the mug, I have obligations :-)
