Scrolling down, it's clear that running backs are over represented in the cursed jersey category. What's the explanation? Are RBs just more in denial about their eroding skillset than players at other positions? Or is it that the average RB career is short, so they want to get as much as they can?

Nothing is more cursed that Tomlinson in a Jets Jersey (and I stand by the statement that anyone ending their career in a Jets jersey is a gimme).
