If ICE shows up. Don’t open your door. Ask them to slide their warrant or id under the door or up to the peephole and take photos of everything. If the warrant isn’t signed by a judge or isn’t actually a warrant. Don’t let them in. You don’t need to talk. If they force entry you have evidence.

Spent the first half of the winter solstice bottling 4 gallons of mead that I started back when my dad passed away on the autumnal equinox. Spent the last half of the day at the bedside of a family friend, her sister, and the first meeting with the Hospice chaplain. The longest shortest day.

Welp, here is my oath breaker! I always swore that I would NEVER paint a cow as that is the most cliche subject for a Wisconsin artist to paint. However, the Rainbow series are for a good cause that I support.

I’m almost done with this oath breaker of a painting. I swore I would never paint a cow because it’s so cliche for a Wisconsin artist to paint! I ran out of steam as it took nearly the entire day to paint with all the constant color changes.
