i wonder if this has anything to do with the random emails spotify started sending me treating it as a new release for some reason even though its been out for years already

I haven't been attempting to artificially inflate streams or anything. I don't even care about streaming services I only distribute my music to make it more accessible. what the hell do I do about this. from what I've read it doesn't seem like like I can appeal it
