I don't think it's oral allergy syndrome either. I never had issues with either of these fruits growing up, and the sensation they cause now is more acidic burning, not itching. I feel like it's just in the last few years I've been noticing this??

i think what i actually need is someone else to pay me to be mean to someone who does NOT want it but DOES deserve it.

the only thing that stops me is the truly evil side of me knows that under the surface level they are actually enjoying it which ruins the catharsis for me 😔

i don't care if it's COVID, the flu, or whatever. you're putting everyone around you at risk and you're ruining the fucking movie on top of that.

So I think it's twofold: Managers, you gotta be wary about the workloads you're giving your direct reports. Things need to get done, but you also need to manage up and say: "If you want this done, and in a timely way, I need more people."

And you? You gotta complain about the work a little bit more
