I’m not going to lie anymore. I’m not fine. I’m a little salty to be honest. Everyone I know can eat whatever they want and choose crap. I have bouts of times I can’t eat anything without getting sick for days. IBS sucks and no, meds are not the answer. I’ve cut most things and there isn’t much left
