I finished up benchmarking the Radeon AI R9700 Pro and now the Nvidia RTX 5090 for LLM AI and Image Generation inference modelling.
The R9700 is a great card for LLM work, but the price needs to come down from $1,400 to $800 for it to be competitive in image inferencing. The RTX 5090 is nuts.

After two weeks and countless hours of building and learning my at-home LLM A.I., setting up workflows and troubleshooting every step—of course my first test image-to-video is Darth waving, “Bye-bye, you filthy casual,” to Luke on the way down.

Learning how to build complex workflows, modify them for performance, and refine prompting for continuity, producing raw output five seconds at a time, then stitching those clips together in Premiere is not cheating.
