Might also be a global supply chain thing. Macerators are uniquely American (as are garburators).

Strangely enough, my Mieles filter is extremely clean compared to my GE dishwasher (that died 11 months in) despite no change in scraping habits.

I’m kinda flabbergasted by the last comment: “never seen worse code”. As someone with more than 10 years of experience working at both big and small tech companies, I definitely have.

I don’t work in games, but I have friends who do, and a lot of is atrocious.

Flaps extend the surface area of the wing increasing lift and drag: necessary at slow speeds like landing and take off.

An actuator failing, assuming it was one, could create asymmetry. One wing that generates more lift than another encourages rolling.
