I thought 008 gave Hopper that vision that made him accidentally shoot El, and that she was a secret villain. But no apparently Vecna can just randomly affect people even when he’s not directly there. So if he KNOWS Hopper, 11 and 8 are all there, why not just snap all their necks or something?

ALSO also, why was 008 even in this season? She did basically nothing. Was it just to give the potential escape for El? So that dumb fans wouldn’t be as angry about her almost certainly getting killed off?

Also thank christ the Mind Flayer randomly decided to have a fallible physical form at this critical juncture so that they could fire a couple of bullets at it and somehow bring it down in like two minutes.
