I dont know what your budget is but I have an Epson XP 970 and I've done some decent color work and zines on it, have had it for 3 yrs and it hasn't given us any trouble.

Does up to 11 x 17. Rack up staples points and exchange old tech/ink cartidges for new ink and paper.
