The man executed by Border Patrol very clearly did NOT have a gun in his hand. Many have seen video that it was the officer in gray jacket who removed what may have been a gun from the murdered man's waistband BEFORE he was executed. A gun was never in the hand of the man who was murdered.

I know I'm old because Tarence on Trillbillies jokes about 8 year old Tom knowing who Warren Beatty is, but I did when I was seven. My folks took us to see this 2 or 3 times for some reason.

I can't remember where I laid hands on it. Tower Records or Magic Bus in the French Quarter probably. I was so excited. I put it on to get the vibe Treacy's head was in a worse place than mine at the time.
